PinCasamare Restaurant – Porto Venere, Italy

BREATHE IT IN, darlings. All of this? Just for you. All day long. For free. Why on earth would you consider doing anything else today? It’s decided. The weekend has begun.

Wunmi Mosaku claims her legacy
As Sinners dominates awards season, Wunmi Mosaku is finally having the moment she spent two decades building towards. Ahead of the Academy Awards (and welcoming her second child), the actor opens up about faith, ancestry, motherhood, and the role that changed everything.

At 39 years old, she has a vast CV. She’s one of the few actors to straddle multiple superhero franchises, with Marvel’s Loki and DC’s Batman v Superman. Her stint in gritty BBC drama Damilola, Our Loved Boy retold one of Britain’s most tragic cases involving the senseless killing of a young boy, and earned her her first BAFTA. Netflix’s refugee thriller His House and Jordan Peele’s Lovecraft Country showed early signs of her penchant for horror as a metaphor for racial oppression. She also appeared in long-running, beloved British TV hits like Luther and Black Mirror.
But Sinners, which grossed $368 million worldwide, is undoubtedly her watershed. “This is the moment that I have worked 20 years towards,” she says. No matter what happens at the Oscars, Wunmi Mosaku is quickly becoming the people’s champion.

When the two ‘lost’ Doctor Who episodes will be released
Prepare to obsess over these throwback episodes, Doctor Who fans.

Surprise, Doctor Who stans — thought you’d have to wait until series 16 to get your fix? Think again. Two ‘missing’ episodes of the cult show have been discovered and will soon be available for fans to watch. It’s been nearly a year since season 15 aired, but with the addition of these two lost episodes, you’ll be able to enjoy some new (ish!) Doctor Who content this spring. For the full details of what to expect from the missing episodes, plus what they were about and how they came to be lost in the first place, read our explainer below…

7 Scandalous Books About Women in Hollywood to Read Before the Oscars
Think fallen starlets, controversial tell-alls, and sordid scandals: seven books that reveal the darker side of women in Hollywood.

The Oscars are almost here, and ahead of Hollywood’s most prized night, I thought I’d lower the tone slightly by diving into the murky depths of La La Land’s underbelly. While the Academy Awards celebrate the industry at its most polished, all diamonds, designer gowns, and tearful speeches about artistic triumph (let’s just hope Timothée repents for his recent comments on the high arts), the history of Hollywood is just as often defined by scandal, ambition, and spectacular misbehaviour.

‘Brilliantly Dark’: The 7 Best Thrillers With Strong Female Detectives
If you need a job done properly… leave it to a female detective. That’s the saying, right? If you’re looking for one of the best thrillers around, then it’s worth considering one with a female detective at the helm.
Things never seem to be straightforward for the female leads of thriller dramas, which, unfortunately for them, makes for some great TV, whether they’re living in Yorkshire or Pennsylvania.
So, if you’re looking for your next thriller watch, these are the best female-led shows you can stream now.

‘Vladimir’ Filming Locations: All Of The Scenic Canadian Locations From Ontario To Halton Hills
Everything you need to know about where the streamy drama was filmed.

The steamy drama unfolds in the fictional upstate New York town of Stillcrest, where a quiet university campus, filled with faculty politics, blurred professional boundaries and simmering tensions sits as the backdrop for the show’s storyline.
Despite Vladimir’s dark academia vibe and supposedly American setting, much of the series was actually filmed across Ontario, Canada, with several real-life locations helping to bring Stillcrest’s academic world to life.

The Best New TV Shows Are 30 Minutes Long. Here’s 7 To Watch Now
All the better/faster to binge…

There are so many moments when you need a TV show with 30-minute episodes. You might’ve got to the end of an episode of an hour-long programme and you’re not quite ready to go to bed, but don’t have another hour in you. You might have one afternoon and you love the idea of bingeing something in its entirety. Or, you might just not have the stamina for a whole hour of plot after a long day.
Whatever the reason, it’s clear the TV industry is listening. Some of the best prestige TV shows around right now and released this year are in half-hour episodes. While we might not yet be ready for Vertical Dramas (a new trend for one minute, yes, minute long shows), we do love a show that wraps up in 30 minutes. There’s an art to it for sure.

Former Royal Chef Says He’s “Not Sure What Would Have Happened” If Queen Elizabeth’s “Important” Cross-Castle Call Didn’t Take Place
Darren McGrady weighed in on one of the late Queen’s “favorite” rituals.

With a palace full of classically-trained chefs, Queen Elizabeth could’ve had her pick of lavish dishes. But former royal chef Darren McGrady recently revealed that afternoon tea was the late monarch’s favorite meal—and the kitchens had a very specific, cross-castle ritual that ensured her tea time wasn’t ruined.
“The late Queen had afternoon tea every day, wherever she was in the world,” McGrady said, speaking to U.K. coffee retailer Coffee Friend. When she was at home, the royal chefs at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle would even trade notes to avoid any royal repeats.

8 Best Flared Leggings, According to Glamour Style Editors
Not mad about this comeback.

The boho flare is back, and the best flared leggings deliver on the trend in comfort. Defined by a slim fit through the hips and thighs that widens below the knee, the silhouette has recently cropped up on runways in the form of flared jeans and made its way into activewear and loungewear collections too. As someone of short-to-average height (I’m 5’4”), I especially like the cut on petite frames—the sweeping leg can make your legs look longer, and the wider hem lets airflow in during workouts or warm days. There are plenty of flare leggings to choose from, ranging in fabric quality, style, and details like pockets, compression, and crossover waistbands. To narrow down the standouts, I tested over a dozen pairs alongside other Glamour editors.

10 Best Shampoos for Dry Hair to Quench Thirsty Strands
Dermatologists and stylists break down the best ingredients—and what to skip—to keep your hair happy.

The best shampoos for dry hair can completely change wash day, especially if your “dryness” is a mix of color damage, heat styling, hard water, or a products that are too stripping. I used to think parched ends were just the price of coloring your hair or heat styling, but brittle hair is often a sign your cleanser isn’t doing you any favors. And yes, even oily scalps can still have straw-like lengths. Bicoastal hairstylist Cherin Choi recommends shampoos with nourishing oils, aloe vera, or hyaluronic acid to hydrate without weighing hair down. In other words, it is not just about coating the hair with something that feels silky for a day. It’s about choosing ingredients that support long-term moisture and overall hair health.

Lemon Yellow Nails Are the Sunny Mani Trend to Wear This Spring
A bolder take on butter yellow

After butter tones dominated fashion and beauty trends last year, we’re ready for something a little bolder: lemon yellow nails, the must-have shade for 2026. The color is the perfect way to welcome spring, and it will carry your mani right through to summer.
Channeling the cheerful color of daffodils—or a zesty lemon—this nail shade is the perfect way to brighten up your entire look. As always, Rhode’s Hailey Bieber was an early adopter, donning bright lemon drop nails last summer (courtesy of nail artist Zola Ganzorigt). After last year’s obsession with paler butter shades, it’s no surprise that yellow manicures are still trending.

California’s Coolest Pizzerias Are Serving Works of Art
California chefs are leaving fine dining behind to focus on perfecting pizza.

What happens when fine-dining chefs and cooks ditch their toques, tweezers, and tasting menus in pursuit of something a bit more democratic? They get their hands dirty with dough and enter the world of pizza — it’s for the people.
“I was a little bit disillusioned with the 1% experience,” says Craig Murli, who worked in fine-dining kitchens like Atelier Crenn before opening up June’s Pizza in Oakland. “I wanted to build a business where I could feed the other 99% — pizza was clear for me.”
Chefs are applying years of culinary training, technique, and thinking to a large stretched out piece of dough, a blank canvas for creativity and a method for reaching the masses.

Will Travel for Bread: Where to Book a Table for the World’s Best Bread Carts
These restaurants take bread service very seriously.

Some would say that bread is fundamental to human existence. I know it’s fundamental to mine, at least. Biblically and poetically, we crave our daily bread, not only the nourishment of the body but the sustenance of the soul. We break bread together, as a means of community, connection, and hospitality. It’s worth savoring, cherishing, and adoring. And while you could pick up any loaf at the bakery down the block, great bread, bread that is truly exceptional, is worth traveling around the world for.

Holographic Nails Are Trending—Here’s Every Way to Create the Look at Home
Your DIY manicure is getting a multidimensional upgrade.

Shimmery nails are always in style, and over the years, they’ve only gotten more interesting and elevated. Simple glitter nails have evolved into glimmering lacquers, magnetic velvet polishes, and iridescent chrome powders. Today, shimmer goes beyond a single shade, giving rise to technicolored finishes that change with the light. When you combine a shimmery base with multiple hues, you get the holographic nail effect, which adds depth and dimension to any manicure.

Six of the Wildest Revelations From Liza Minnelli’s Explosive New Memoir
Few people have lived a life quite as kaleidoscopic as Liza May Minnelli’s. In her 80 years, the showbiz icon has been married four times, achieved EGOT status, and cheated death. Now, in her new memoir, Kids, Wait Till You Hear This, she’s recounting all of the ups and downs—and they are plentiful—in her own words.
A nepo long before the term was coined, Liza’s parents were movie star Judy Garland and director Vincente Minnelli. Born in 1946, she was swiftly brought into the public eye—in fact, as Minnelli tells it in the book, Garland awoke one night while heavily pregnant having divined her daughter’s name. “Liza Minnelli will be her name! It will look terrific on a movie marquee!” Her parents had already decided Liza’s destiny: she would be a star.

What Was the Oscars Red Carpet Like 20 Years Ago? Revisit the 2006 Academy Awards
Let’s turn back the clock to March 2006: Jack Dorsey launches Twitter, V for Vendetta is in theaters, and everyone’s listening to the new Rascal Flatts album.
The 2006 Oscars red carpet is also a sign of the times. Take Keira Knightley, whose Vera Wang mermaid gown—rendered in burgundy taffeta and styled with a statement necklace—was the silhouette du jour. Charlize Theron certainly agreed; she opted for a sculptural, muted green gown courtesy of John Galliano’s Dior. Empire waistlines also ruled the carpet: Meryl Streep chose a regal Rogelio Velasco, while Jennifer Garner wore a flowing sequined Michael Kors number.
Still, the red carpet of yore featured looks that seem just as timely now as they did 20 years ago—beyond the litany of black tuxes. Lauren Hutton was cool as ever in a Saint Laurent suit with a cropped jacket, pom-pom-trimmed pants, and leather gloves, while Naomi Watts’s gauzy Givenchy dress would still wow us today.

The 3 Things Longevity Experts Always Eat for Breakfast—Plus When to Eat It
When it comes to healthy aging, a few nutrients matter more than trendy morning routines.

If you think of breakfast as a quick stop for coffee and toast, it may be time to rethink your morning routine. According to nutrition and longevity experts, the first meal of the day may play a meaningful role in how the body ages—supporting muscle maintenance, stabilizing metabolism, and nourishing the gut microbiome.
But a breakfast that supports healthy aging isn’t about chasing a single “perfect” food or trendy routine. Instead, experts say the focus should be on a few foundational elements—especially protein, fiber, and whole, minimally processed ingredients.

How Much You Should Really Spend on Wedding Shoes
Avoid these common overspending traps.

Wedding shoes rank high among accessories for your special day, alongside the veil you choose and other finishing touches. They’re often marketed as a luxury necessity, but in reality, you wear them only for a few hours, and your gown usually hides them.
As costs for your big day begin to climb, you may rethink where to splurge and where to save. According to Leanna Skeptor, co-founder and style expert at Brand House Direct, wedding-day footwear is one area where many couples overspend when they could save. “The wedding industry has conditioned us to believe that every element needs to be premium, but wedding shoes are often one of the least visible parts of your outfit,” says Spektor. “There’s a smarter approach that delivers style and quality without the inflated price tag.”
While you may ultimately decide that shoes are an area where you want to splurge, Spektor explains how much you actually need to spend, how to find shoes that are worth it, and which factors to be aware of that can lead to overspending on wedding shoes.

This Is the Trendy London Neighborhood Most Travelers Miss—and It Has Michelin-starred Dining and Historic Charm
Once a hidden gem, Clerkenwell is now one of the city’s coolest districts.

For years, Clerkenwell was a place that few visitors could confidently place on a map. Now, the central London neighborhood has become one of the best places to visit—and live—in the U.K. capital, thanks to its flourishing culinary and arts scenes.
It’s little wonder the spotlight is shining on this Borough of Islington patch, just a 30-minute walk from both King’s Cross and the buzz of Soho. Once the city’s Italian quarter, Clerkenwell still brims with character—it’s home to ornate Catholic churches and some of the finest delis and pizzerias outside of the Mediterranean. Foodies-in-the-know often frequent the upscale Italian restaurant Luca. Nearby is another standout: St. John, which elevated the city’s culinary landscape when it opened in the ’90s.

This European City Dethroned Paris and Rome as the Most Romantic in the World
Turns out the City of Love isn’t the only place with magic in the air.

Paris has long held the unofficial title of the world’s most romantic city, hence its nickname, the City of Love. But according to a new analysis from ground transportation booking company Mozio, another destination has taken the crown: Venice, Italy.
To determine the rankings, researchers analyzed several factors tied to romance, including the number of romantic restaurants and hotels listed on Tripadvisor, things couples can do in each destination, and wedding-related Google searches. Venice ultimately came out on top with a score of 9.65 out of 10, beating traditional favorites like Paris and Rome.
