We’ve been singing the praises of One Battle After Another star Chase Infiniti’s red carpetry and now we’re ready to declare her a major red carpet talent that’s going to be delighting us with her choices for many years to come. Why? Because she did that thing that only the most confident of ingenues would ever think of trying for their first major awards show: she showed up in something weird.
And we love that for her. You have to remember that a red-hot ingenue is likely under enormous pressure from the people around her to choose very mainstream looks in the debutante or princess mode. It tales real fashion cred to look at a mirror encrusted lampshade with stalactites and say “I can make this work.”
