Queen Max headed out in head-to-toe Natan and she actually looks kind of great! It’s a Christmas miracle! Forgive us, but any combination of the words “Maxima” and “Natan,” usually results in something that looks terrible. The Queen, in her role as United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development, continued her UN tour of Indonesia by attending a roundtable discussion in Jakarta on the prevention of scamming in financial services. We’re focused on the shallow parts, of course.
This works! We have quibbles, of course. As always, she should be wearing her hair up or back for day events. A low pony should be her go-to. We don’t love her love of matchiness, but at least in this instance, the various reds are pretty close. The jewelry is well-chosen, but we’re not in love with the shoes, not least because of the plastic strip or the fact that they look too small on her. Still, we’d call this one a win all around, which is a rarity when it comes to her style efforts.
