Cate Blanchett came to the Bambi Awards in Munich to pick up one of their charming “West Elm Holiday Collection” trophies for artistic excellence and humanitarian and environmental commitments. She chose to embody two of our least favorite trends of the last year: the overuse of marabou feathers and the ubiquity of lavender long after Easter. But we were all of us deceived, for another horrible trend is about to revealed.
BAM! DUMBEST SKIRT OF 2025, BITCHES! Putting aside how much she looks like she has a massive fungal infection, it’s just such an obviously and hellaciously unflattering design. It does absolutely nothing for the wearer except make them look silly. We bet she couldn’t wait to get out of it.
