Princess Cathy steps out in what has to be her favorite suit, considering how often she’s worn it. The Prince and Princess of Wales made a visit to Charing Cross Hospital in west London to highlight the work of NHS staff and volunteers as they respond to the increased demand on services during the winter months.

We didn’t feature her Christmas day outfit because it was another rewear, and we figured we weren’t going to see her out again until February, so we’re pleasantly surprised to be featuring her so early in the year. There’s not much to discuss here from a fashion perspective and that is, of course, largely by design. The only things of note are the tone-on-tone matching, which she actually got right this time, and the pushed-up sleeves, which isn’t something we normally see her do, not even on her Working Cathy days. The big, bouncin’ royal curls are still in play. Notice how different her hair looks from shot to shot. Her hair tends to lose its curl rather quickly, which means it can look wildly different from day to day or hour to hour, leading a lot of people to incorrectly assume she’s wearing wigs. While she’s not above using extensions and hair pieces, the royal curls are all natural. William appears to have put slightly more effort into his look this time and we approve. He should shave his head, though.
