Zoey Deutch, Diane Lane and Madeline Brewer came to the New York premiere of their thriller Anniversary.
Coordinating their looks was not discussed ahead of time.
Zoey Deutch in Courrèges
Sorry to be bitches about it (not really) but with a design like this, if you can’t make the skin tone, it’s not worth it. The entire illusion is ruined and all you can look at are the parts where it’s most obvious. It’s a stunningly sharp design, but as we’ve noted before, these nude illusion dresses only work if you stand perfectly still.
Diane Lane
It’s fine, but that’s about all we can say about it. Which is a shame, because she has so many options open to her, but she always seems to go for the plainest one. The hair and makeup are pretty and the earrings are lovely. The shoes are ugly.
Madeline Brewer in Reem Acra
Two pretty, interesting, eye-catching pieces that wind up fighting with each other for attention and cancelling each other out. That top especially deserves a crisp pair of dark slim pants under it. The skirt deserves a fuzzy cropped sweater.
