We haven’t had a good IN or OUT post in a second and Kristen Stewart has kindly provided us with a discussable look, if not a particularly interesting one. The director of The Chronology of Water came to the BFI London Film Festival premiere in a Chanel look you wouldn’t expect from a director and you might not even expect from a Chanel brand ambassador.

This is no one’s idea of a classic Chanel look, she’s not trying to give it a queer or punk spin outside of some fairly tame jewelry choices, and that’s just about as Good Girl her hair has looked in years. ABOUT THE MOVIE:
Brought up in an environment torn apart by violence and alcohol, Lidia Yuknavitch seemed destined for self-destruction and failure — until words offered her unexpected freedom in the form of literature. Adapted from Yuknavitch’s autobiographical bestseller, The Chronology of Water follows Lidia’s journey to find her own voice, exploring how trauma can be transformed into art by repossessing our own bloody histories, particularly those uniquely experienced by the bodies of women and girls.
