Felicity Jones, Joel Edgerton and Kerry Condon came to the BFI London Film festival premiere of Train Dreams sporting the hottest and most hated trend of Fall 2025: funeral clothes.

As long as you’re at least ten feet away, this is elegant and chic. But the problem with using sheer panels always tends to make itself known when you get any closer. Wrinkly abs. Who wants that? Also, those little wings on either side of the halter are odd. She likes to keep her styling low-key, but we think this could’ve benefitted tremendously from a killer pair of earrings.

People (who remember the 1970s) tend to get mad at us whenever we bring this up, but the leisure suit is more or less back and the modern version of it looks kind of great to our eyes. We’ve been complaining a lot about men defaulting to black suits for the red carpet, but in this case, it tends to make the design look a little dressier. We’re not sure about the tie, and the whole thing needs to be better fitted to him, but we really like this look.

Just a flawless version of the classic tuxedo gown. No notes. She’s never looked so good on the red carpet and that smile seems to indicate that she knows it.
