Tiffany Haddish came to Late Night in the exact kind of dress that’s been very trendy among the ladystar set who make regular talk show appearances. In other words, Tiffany Haddish indulged in the Big Dress trend.
Come to think of it, we wonder if the current vogue for wearing big dresses on talk shows goes hand in hand with the concurrent Big Suit trend among the ladystar set. When we first started doing red carpet commentary, all the stars were sporting tiny little cocktail dresses everywhere but you rarely see them anymore except on pop stars at music events. Anyway, this is cute and it makes us wonder why we don’t see more prints on talk shows. Maybe stylists figure they’re too distracting, but in this case, it really helps the look pop on camera.
