Poker Face’s second season premiered this week, and star Natasha Lyonne came to Late Night to chat about it while wearing a cheaper, but less tacky version of the worst dress at the Met Gala.
In some ways, it’s a better dress than Halle’s. The thinner stripes are more flattering, and of course the design works much better when the wearer’s got her panties on. Don’t get us wrong, it’s not a fabulous dress at all. It’s perfect as lingerie, and would be very hot in the bedroom, but it just looks weird and a little obnoxious here. We give her credit for handling it with confidence, but she looks like she’s trying to seduce him. Also, that neckline flatters no one.
