Miley Cyrus continues her Look At My Curls And Bangs sidewalk tour of New York. She tried out a softer take than the crunch waves she was serving earlier, but we can’t say we’re loving the outfit.
Not only is that whole thing ribbed from head to toe, but she’s sporting ball fringe around her ankles. We give her credit for mostly pulling it off, though. We’re not loving the trend for square frames. We also think thong heels look like something Satan designed.
