The fourteenth (of a planned 117) Avatar film came out and the stars all lined up to do their duty and serve some looks at the LA premiere of Avatar: Fire and Ash. Let’s be bitches about it.
Bailey Bass
It’s kind of interesting, but we really don’t like that beige for her and the skirt and bodice are badly married.
Billie Eilish
We would have been more than fine with this, but we recoiled from that tassle fringe.
Britain Dalton
A lovely suit for summer. It’s not necessarily wrong for December in LA, but it looks a little odd.
Edie Falco
God, the proportions here are so weird and distorting. It’s a genuinely terrible design made worse by those awful shoes.
Jack Champion and Trinity Jo-Li Bliss
His suit doesn’t fit. Despite our dislike of fabric flowers and mini skirts with trains, we don’t actually mind her look.
Miley Cyrus in Gucci
We figured that this was a lot of look for a soundtrack singer, but since everyone’s now talking about the diamond ring on her left hand, we suppose she was going for maximum attention. It’s not a fresh look, but it’s well done and she looks great.
Oona Chaplin
An interesting dress but not a terribly photogenic one.
Sam Worthington
Working security for the venue.
Zoe Saldaña in Saint Laurent
That’s a lot of hip, lady. Who knows if these pics are ever true to the original color, but if that really is a dark green, it was a nicely subtle choice. Still, the whole thing comes off too plain.
