Blake Lively wore another of her mildly cray outfits as she joined Another Simple Favor co-stars Henry Golding and Anna Kendrick at the London photo call.
The good news is that it’s only mildly cray. One might even suggest that “cray” is overstating it, but we’re all about being hyperbolic round these parts.
Henry Golding
It’s a potentially cute look, but he comes off weirdly sloppy. He could’ve used a zhuzh or two before stepping in front of cameras. The pale brown shoes with black socks and a black dress shirt makes for a weird combination. Ditch the socks and the shirt for cream-colored options and this would pull together nicely. Love the rings.
Anna Kendrick
It’s not the most exciting thing she’s ever worn, but considering her long history of bland fashion, we’ll take it. The color looks great on her and we like how well the various touches of gold coordinate and elevate.
Blake Lively in Chanel
As always with her, she chooses decent enough items, but then she slams them together in outfits that aren’t well coordinated. We’ll stipulate right up front that we hate the cardigan, if only because border color is kind of unattractive and the beading on it just makes it look ratty. More to the point, the shape of it doesn’t work well with that A-line skirt. Visually, the combination is making her shoulders smaller and her hips wider. But the skirt, boots and bag are all pretty great.
