Snow White star Rachel Zegler had a once-in-a-career moment as she stood in front of Alcázar castle in Segovia, Spain (the model for the castle in the original animated film) to perform.
It’s been reported that Disney is keeping the Snow White stars far away from the press and public because of reasons we really don’t want to see debated here, which may explain the extravagance of this event coupled with the arms-length feel of it. Despite our dislike of center slits, the dress is pretty and romantic. We suppose that fact, coupled with its non-color, lends support to the idea that she’s theme-dressing, but we don’t think that’s necessarily the case here. A pretty white gown with fairy tale undertones just makes good sense when you’re standing in front of a castle for pictures. We don’t have to assume that everything she wears is hewing to some sort of rigidly imposed theme just because she–
