Black Bag star Michael Fassbender dresses pretty boring, but here he is visiting The Late Show with Stephen Colbert anyway. If nothing else, we all get to look at pictures of Michael Fassbender for the next minute.
It’s been years since we’ve seen him wear anything but dark suits with white shirts. The pieces are all nice enough. That watch looks pretty sweet and the velvet is a nice touch. In person, these details would register more and he would come off like a well-dressed man. On TV, he’s just a good-looking guy in a forgettable outfit. Those boots are pretty wrong for it. We’d have been more accepting of a pair of lace-up boots.
