In case you missed the reference, it’s to her iconic role in 1987’s Blue Velvet, directed by her one-time love and partner David Lynch, who died in January. We’ve enjoyed documenting her predilection for Drama Butter and wacky nonna styles, but we didn’t expect her to show up in something so heartbreakingly poignant and beautiful. She looks lovely, and the necklace absolutely makes the look.
