Here is where the superfluous words go; the words that no one will read because they’ve already scrolled down. They would say something about how Colman Domingo almost never gets it wrong or how he came to this awards season to slay or how he constantly re-affirms Black Queer Excellence with every appearance. That’s what we would have written if we thought anyone cared to read such things when there are pictures of Colman Domingo to be looked at.

Here is where more words would go about how flawless this look is and how most men would never even attempt a silver satin suit in public, let alone pull one off with such aplomb. That’s what we would have written, had we assumed anyone cared about our thoughts or our correct usage of “aplomb.”

And finally, we would probably put some words here about how he’s making flared tuxedo pants work or that he’s one of the few celebrity men who can sport a scarf with formalwear and not come off hopelessly pretentious. But alas, it would be a waste of time (and of such words as “aplomb” and “alas”) to write anything here when you’re all being dazzled by the pictures.
