Y’know? If someone uttered the phrase “chartreuse satin suit” to us, we’d automatically picture… well, we’d picture this, but with the assumption that it would look horrifying. To our surprise, it does not. The top is terrible, but there’s some form of witchcraft at work here, because that suit actually looks kind of fabulous on her.

The top itself is shapeless and might have been a bit too voluminous except that it’s sheer, which gives it a floatiness, and it’s sequined, which gives it the illusion of a shape. Combined with the chic and comfy pants, she strode out there looking glamorous and completely confident. There’s sparkle and interest up near the face, and she can sit there comfortably, not worrying about angles and coverage. It tends to suck up all of the light, but it’s still a pretty great look.
