Much as we predicted, Killers of the Flower Moon star Lily Gladstone’s Oscar dress was supplied by a high-end fashion house that worked with Indigenous artisans to produce a unique piece that was meant to be worn by an Oscar winner. Unfortunately, things didn’t quite work out that way for her, but the dress itself is a pure stunner.

Gucci worked with Indigenous quillwork artist Joe Big Mountain on the design, which is absolutely gorgeous on her. We wish things had gone a different way for her, but at least she got to represent for herself and her people in a stunner of a gown.
