If we had to come up with a name for Priscilla star Cailee Spaeny’s style during this promo period, we’d call it “girly minimalism.” Like so:

The shape and style are classic to the point of being generic, but it’s elegant and there’s one fussy little detail to give it that girly vibe. She always comes off well put-together, but we tend to find the overall effect just a little underwhelming. We guess it’s not a crime for a star on a promo tour to avoid dressing with impact, but there’s a fine line separating “low key” from “fades into the background.” We don’t hate this, but overall, we can’t bring ourselves to love it. We think she can do a lot better with more interesting and photogenic styles. Having said that, the butterfly tat is adorable and the dress really sets it off nicely.
