Barbie may have passed the billion-dollar mark, making Greta Gerwig the first solo female director to accomplish that milestone, but the film is still opening throughout the world. Actors may be restricted from making appearances right now because of the strike, but we suppose her Writers Guild membership doesn’t prevent her from going out and promoting the film as its director. We guess if it was a problem, we would have heard so by now, which is why we’re thinking she’s probably got a right to take a victory lap right now.

It’s a nice jacket, although we’d have liked it more if she buttoned it. We don’t mind the wide-legged pants but we don’t think those sandals are substantial enough to be paired with them. She looks fine. Not to be all whatever, but imagine what Margot Robbie had planned for this one.
