this. Congratulations, woman. You may have landed on the very worst dress design of 2023, according to an international committee of experts known as us. That is a dress that demands an “Oh honey no” response. It’s a shame, because it’s a pretty great dress without the stupid over-bra. We’re not sure the boots or the shades really go with it all that well, but we get the impression she was working like hell to distract from the dress.
