Dior ladies Elizabeth Debicki, Michelle Yeoh and Rosamund Pike came out to model pieces for the new jewelry launch while wearing some fairly quirky Dior designs. Let’s assess.

The coat is gorgeously dramatic, if a little stiff and heavy. We suppose the sheer floatiness of the dress is supposed to compensate for it, but the black tends to bring the look down. That coat deserves better – and should probably be worn in cooler weather.

If there’s one thing Michelle Yeoh knows how to do, it’s serve jewelry. Fortunately, there’s more than one thing Michelle Yeoh knows how to do – like making a somewhat plain, wallpapery gown look much more chic and dramatic than it is.

This is easily to goofiest of the three looks and we think that may be why we’re responding so positively to it. The way the design is both stark and overwrought really seems to suit her. While we can’t shake the impression that this is a bit overdesigned in the bottom half, we also can’t stop looking at it.
