The tie is too short and that’s the wrong kind of belt for a classic pin-striped suit. We aren’t the biggest sticklers in the world regarding the matching of a belt and shoes, but this pairing is terrible. Overall, the style is too corporate. And if you’re going to wear a suit, why stand like that for pictures?
Olivia Colman
A 3-piece velvet suit is a strange choice for June. Worse, this is terribly unflattering on her; bulky and ill-fitted. She might have been better off ditching the vest, but we think she’d really been better off in a linen suit.
Samuel L. Jackson
Samuel, you’re trying to do too much here. We think there’s a way to make the silver kicks work with the suit, but that white t-shirt hanging out of the jacket pretty much ruins the look.
