Miss Emily’s got a new western series coming out and she marked the occasion by not dressing remotely western-themed, for which we are extremely thankful. Is it the most fabulous or interesting thing we’ve seen all week?

Enh. Not really. But it’s a great color and she looks hot. We think maybe it would be more dramatic if the hem hit lower or hotter if the hem hit higher, but there’s something kind of appealing about the low-key approach that still yields glamour and chicness. It doesn’t look particularly comfortable for her to wear and we suspect there’s a lot of core work currently happening in these pictures, but it’s a nicely photogenic look, head to toe.

We will probably catch this. It looks extremely watchable.
