Those pants are velvet and they’re honestly pretty cute, but we don’t think the black pumps go with them. We also don’t love the shape of that top. The neckline and sleeves look so unresolved that it feels more like a smock or scrubs than a decent top.

This, on the other hand, is flawless. We don’t always go for fussy elements like those sleeves or the bow sash, but the color is dazzling and the shapes look fantastic on her. GORGEOUS hair, makeup and earrings. This one’s a killer.
