That’s right, kittens! We went all in on the biggest TV show of the year! The costumes! The dragons! The intrigue and incest! It’s all here and we’re ready to dive into it and probably become bitterly disappointed with the outcome.
We talk about our feelings regarding the world of Westeros after the intense disappointment with the ending of Game of Thrones, unpack the ways in which this series premiere can’t compare to its predecessor, explain some of the characters and story points you should keep an eye on, and even dive into why the costumes and the sets look decidedly less rich this time around.
It’s a good old-fashioned T Lo deep dive and we’re not ashamed to admit that despite our relative disappointment with parts of the House of the Dragon premiere, we’re pretty excited about spending time in this world again.
