The dress is cute, the sandals are cute, the overall effect is meh. We would suggest that the two don’t pair all that well, but we think the more salient issue here is that she often chooses cute things that just don’t suit her all that well. Nothing’s terrible here, but nothing really shines or stands out. We tend to think streamlined and colorful should be her style guidewords. When she tries anything with a fussy quality, it doesn’t really sing on her.
