When Jessie Buckley showed up at the Oscars as a Best Supporting Actress nominee wearing the absolute worst look of the night, [Carrie Bradshaw voice] we couldn’t help but wonder, “Maybe she’s one of those anti-fashion girls?” Well, no one needs to wonder anymore.
Because we just can’t believe that someone shows up at the premiere for their buzzy film accidentally looking like this. You’ve gotta work at it. And hey, we respect the idea, if not the outcome. You’re a critically acclaimed actor and you don’t want to be some sort of fashion doll. Fine, So noted. Just wear some jeans and a cool jacket, then. Also a hat, if you insist on doing that to your hair.
