Kelly Rowland hit the streets of New York in the perfect style for this blustery time of year: a sassy sweater dress. Of course she’s not just walking around for no reason. She’s in town to promote her new children’s book Always with You, Always with Me and stopped by the Good Morning America studios to chat.
It’s a lot for such a little dress. We wish we could say we love it, but it looks awfully heavy for a mini-dress and we’re not convinced on the color. From the waist up, it looks like a bathrobe (actually more of a bathmat) with padded shoulders and it definitely needs a belt of some sort.
