Sandra Bullock recently announced she was semi-retiring for a while and going by her promo tour style for The Lost City, it looked to us like she was opting to go out with a bang. We think she confirmed that assessment at the LA premiere. Brace yourself. This is very Un-Sandy.

Just when you thought you’d taken in the full (and uncharacteristic for her) princess effect of the gown — BAM! Stiletto thigh-highs, bitches! We love a good hard/soft take and this was at least a little fresher than putting a leather jacket over a gown. Does it work? It’s hard to say. We were so pleasantly surprised by it that it almost doesn’t matter if it all actually goes together. We have some doubts about the jacket and we’re not in love with the bodice. Personally, this delights us, but we’re going to make you deliver the final verdict:
