We are simply awash in bravado after writing a critique of the much-loved Ted Lasso, so we feel impervious to the brickbats to come for what we are about to say here.

What? We’re just saying! We’ll never hate a Barbie turn when it’s done well and this takes the best parts of the fashion doll look and marries them to the Prince style aesthetic. It’s Funky Rocker Barbie, in other words. We are compelled to compliment it by our very homosexuality.
For real, though: it’s great to see her switching up her look after the space nun looks of recent days and we really have nothing bad to say. It’s fun.
