As publishers and bloggers, we tend to have two simultaneous reactions to any Bennifer 2.0 appearance as it occurs. On the one hand, we are forever grateful to Ben and Jen for delivering unto us this primo content. On the other hand, we always and immediately wonder how much longer this content stream is going to last. We’re terrible! We know! Fifteen years of semi- to professional blogging will make a couple queens cynical as hell. We can only be as God, the universe, and time has made us, darlings.
They look great. He’s always been an incredibly dull dresser, but the midnight blue velvet is a nice surprise without seeming like he’s stepping too far outside his comfort zone. We suspect he’s a little bit wiser about how he comes across in this relationship and if he suddenly started displaying a new peacock style, he’d be dragged to hell. She’s doing her best version of “supportive girlfriend,” a role that we suspect doesn’t come easy to her. The look is just showy enough to be J Lo, but it’s toned down enough so she can’t be accused of stealing the spotlight at her guy’s film premiere. We’re not crazy about the sheer panel. Love the bag, though.
