Kerry Washington modeled one of her fave brands on Instagram and we figured y’all could use a little cheer-up in frock form.

We can see why she likes the brand. She makes that design and print sing. Somehow, it doesn’t look too busy or too twee on her. And we hate dresses with tiered ruffles. But she clearly knows how to model it and what kind of backdrop she should be using, plus the hair and makeup are red carpet-ready, which does a lot to elevate the look. It’s just a fun, fresh late-summer chic sort of vibe that couldn’t suit her better.
