Cute guys in cute suits. What better way to observe Hump Day, areweright? Alexander Ludwig and Stephen Amell are starring in a new drama about a family of wrestlers called Heels, premiering this week on Starz. And we’ll be honest here: they had us with Alexander Ludwig, Stephen Amell and wrestling. We don’t need to know much more except what color their singlets will be.

Hmm. It’s a pretty great suit on him and we think we might even give him a pass on wearing it with a white tee, but we just can’t sign off on the footwear. On the other hand, we kinda dig the slightly flashy jewelry situation. It suits him. The grooming’s on point too.

We keep seeing guys in double-breasted jackets with their shirts undone and we’ve gotta say, no one has ever really pulled that combination off, although it’s almost working here. We like the color and weight of the suit, which feels very summertime chic, but it’s a shame: the fit is off in the jacket. And we think if you are going for a sort of island resort chic, black shoes aren’t the way to go. In fact, both of their outfits would be improved if they traded shoes.

Hunh. That comes off a little bit more serious than we expected.
