WERQ From Home: Daisy Ridley Promotes “Chaos Walking” in Alexandre Vauthier

We noted yesterday that Daisy must really love the Star Wars aesthetic because long after her final turn on the Disney promotional carousel, she still tends to dress in the kinds of looks that would be perfect for a Star Wars premiere. But even we couldn’t have predicted she’d come out in full-on Luke Skywalker cosplay for her next appearance.

It’s actually a very good thing that she didn’t wear this to any of her Star Wars premieres. We would have dinged it for being way too on-point and veering too close to cosplay. But when you strip it of its Skywalker allusions, it’s a pretty sharp, ’80s-retro sort of look that suits her tremendously well. We LOVE the boots. We kinda wish it all wasn’t white, though. Still a bit hard not to go looking for where she hangs her light saber.
