Can you fault a gal for going the obvious route in these uncertain times? We rarely take the opportunity to put style choices up to an IN or OUT vote anymore, just because the lack of red carpets and the reliance on social media pictures makes it feel a bit too intrusive, but we have to ask you to weigh in here – not on whether Miss Priyanka’s in or out, but on the question of wearing a white tiger print to promote your movie entitled “The White Tiger.”

Is there such a thing as being too on-the-nose in these matters, at this time? Can a gal be given a little leeway if she wants to be obvious about things? Does the coordinating canine ensemble help matters? Okay, that last one was rhetorical. We all know it does. We guess our point is this: she looks great here. We’d quibble with a few of the elements, like the high neckline and tricky skirt. And we’re not sure sandals were the way to go here. But overall, it’s a striking look that she’s pulling off well. Is it too on-point? Does that not make this feel a little costumey almost? We’re asking.
