Here’s a sentence one gay fashion blogger uttered to another gay fashion blogger when both of them looked at these pictures: “Wow, I suddenly miss all those cute up-and-coming ingenues stepping out every day in these little attention-seeking outfits.” It is the kind of sentence that only makes sense right now and that a couple of gay fashion bloggers could get away with saying without sounding too weird about it. We may be a little biased on that latter point, however.

But for real, this is bold and colorful and bright and we really miss all those gals sashaying into BUILD Series or The View or Good Morning America every single day in looks just like this one.

LOVE the eye makeup. The textile design is both loud and soft at the same time, which means there’s a lot you can do with it. We think the skirt part is really cute, but we’re not as in love with the shape and proportions of the top, which almost looks like a bomber jacket. A neutral, medium width belt might have helped here. Also: we would TOTALLY have rec’d more colorful shoes. Still a cute look overall, though.
