Nothing but respect for this pro. Miss Sofia’s been hitting the promo trail for her ripped-from-the-headlines pandemic movie as if 2020 were a normal year and she was on the Oscar track. You’ve gotta love an ingenue who goes hard in the self-promotion game.

And since this is a real red carpet situation – or at least was staged to look like one – we get to submit this look to your loving attention and let you make the final call on it. It’s quite a lot for this kind of film, but like we said, we respect the game. And it’s not like we’re not hungry for this level of drama, dazzle and polish. The little at-home shots have been seeing us through this time, but sometimes a bitchy blogger just wants to see some old-school Hollywood glamour.

If we’re being nitpicky, we think the dress is a bit overembellished and doesn’t need most of what’s going on around the neckline and shoulders. Still, she’s having fun with it and she’s definitely working it for the cameras. We’re all in on this one. How about you guys?
