It’s almost comforting to see the Duchess in a deadly-dull plain blue dress and beige pumps. Go, girl. Give us nothing.
We joke because we love – but also because that frock really is as generic as a dress can get. Still, lovely to see the palace again. We’ll take our royal fashion where we can get it, even if it is disappointing to see after yesterday’s rather stylish if similarly low-key getup.
