… that is a coochie gown if ever we saw one. Kind of a dumbass thing to wear in any case, but it’s even dumber to drag it through a dock. Also, the hair is looking crunchy and the face is looking heavy with paint. Anyway, congratulations to her, we guess. The DVF Awards explained themselves:

Over the years, The DVF Awards have honored extraordinary women from more than thirty countries working across a variety of issues, from tackling climate change and immigration, to fighting human trafficking, promoting gender equality and preventing violence against women.
Kim Kardashian received the Diane von Furstenberg Leadership Award this year for her work with the Anti-Recidivism Coalition.
The Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) works to end mass incarceration in California.
