You’ve got to hand it to Miss Vanessa. She clearly understands that sometimes, rather than being the most fashionable on a red carpet …
…It’s better to just be the most. Call it the Miss Piggy Principle.
Look, we can’t sign off on this as a stylish look and it sure as hell isn’t a chic one. But a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do when she’s sharing a red carpet – and a project – with two infamous scene stealers AND more or less being “The Girl” in a total sausagefest of a film. And believe it or not, she’s to be commended for ensuring this version was decidedly less tacky than the one that walked the runway.
But what truly makes this a red carpet moment worth applauding? This beaming fashion doll working her loudest drag broke up with her boyfriend of nine years mere hours before. RESPECT. This sure beats sitting in the dark with a bottle of wine and several pints of Ben & Jerry’s.
