If there’s a Brit alive who could make a tweed suit look sleek, chic and sexy af, it would have to be Miss Phoebe. She NAILED this one.
LOVE: the cut and fit, the beaded tweed, the tousled hair. AMBIVALENT ON: the trailing tulle sash. WILLING TO DEBATE: the shoes. We think a classic black pump looks great here, but we could be talked into the idea that a more intense sort of shoe choice might have bumped things up a little. Not that it needed any bumping, to our way of thinking. She looks spectacular. This is a top-five all-timer in the ladytux department.
