There were never such devoted sisters.

Congrats to the Frozen gals for achieving this milestone of celebritydom. Picking a dress for your Walk of Fame induction is always a tricky undertaking, because you not only have to do the standard stand-and-pose modeling for the cameras …

You have to put yourself in the wholly unusually and partially humiliating position of actually laying down on the sidewalk in said dress. It’s kind of an impossible set of tasks for any one garment to fulfill while also being photogenic from every angle. And on top of everything else, these two chilly Disney princesses felt extra pressure to “holiday” their style the f up.

Which is why we’re trying to be a little lenient in our judgments this time. The style of dress suits her and the color is very much on point. While she’s standing, the super high waist doesn’t seem like the best choice, but when it’s time for her to get down on the sidewalk, it really works. To be fair, saying “This dress is PERFECT for when you need to lay down on the pavement!” is not exactly the highest praise one can bestow on someone’s fashion choices.

This just plain bugs. Sorry, Kristen. The bodice looks like a figure skater’s costume and the mismatched off-white skirt, which feels like it really belongs with another outfit, is distracting and kind of awkwardly placed. It’s just a weird look with a bunch of goofy elements and no real payoff. It’s not dramatic or photogenic, just oddly proportioned and thrown together.
