Miss Tracee is never one for following style trends. Far from it, she is way more of a beat-of-her-own-drum sort of lady when it comes to matters of fashion. It’s an approach that’s served her extremely well in her public life. Even when she doesn’t quite nail the look, even when the look is bordering on a fashion disaster, she usually serves up something memorable just for its uniqueness.

But today, she basically took the latest red carpet trend that we hate and showed how to pull it off with flair. So many celebrity ladies have been working that super-trendy yellow in front of photographers (even though it’s infamously unphotogenic against a broad range of skin tones). Miss Tracee understands: you’ve got to use that yellow sparingly.

It’s a gorgeous print with just the right amount of bold yellow. It’s possible the shoes took it a little too far (debate amongst yourselves), but we just love how fresh and well-balanced this look is.
