Honestly? We have no problem with any of this. It’s a fashion show on a beach, which means you can suspend a lot of your rules and expectations regarding proper front-row attire. And if nothing else, these looks are strictly on brand for both of them. They come off coordinated, but true to themselves. His look goes with hers, but it’s as low-key and unassuming as you can get for a fashion show while still having a more or less worthy look on your back. She’s doing Miley. Our only quibble is that the look is just a little aging and borderline cliched “rocker chic.” It’s practically a movie costume. But like we said, she’s on brand and aside from the hair, which could use a rethink, it all suits her perfectly. We can’t hate.
