Kittens, we could go either way on this one, and we’ve got a podcast to record this morning, which means it’s the perfect opportunity to turn the final call on this one over to you. As with so many of these posts, your vote will probably come down to whether you can handle one specific element.
The ruffles, of course. The dress is pretty standard without them, so there’s a good argument for keeping them. On the other hand, they look like curtain tiebacks. Still, the color looks spectacular on her and the fantastic fit is not to be denied. We suspect she figured this was an event that called for a little toning down on the attention-seeking; hence the ponytail and other standard or low-key styling choices. Like we said, this either works for you or it doesn’t, so let’s hear it:
