In truth, that dress is just a bit much, but she’s werqing it to perfection. Only a drag queen could take a pile of clashing fabrics and colors and unify them all through the power of makeup. The accessorizing and posing helps a lot too. She’s embodying that old maxim about good style: the right girl in the right dress at the right time.
