Miss Olivia, you were so damn close on this one. We had this pegged as a smart but slightly whimsical take on the ladytux – which it is, mostly – but some of the details are a bit tough to get past.
Okay, taking it from the top to the middle: Loving the earrings and jacket, loving the romantically ruffled blouse, not really minding the bra because it’s pretty subtle. Skipping ahead and taking it from the bottom up: The shoes are generic, but that’s fine. Focus-pullers would’ve been a mistake. The length and shape of the pant are unexpected and totally the kind of thing she goes for. We could do without the splits. Overall, it’s a pretty sassy look, despite a few quibbles. So long as you totally ignore that rage-inducing off-center O-ring’d crotch zipper, which is a fairly impossible to do.
In other words, you were pretty close to a great look here, Miss O, but your big O ruined it.
