Cathy Cambridge Recycles a Jenny Packham Gown for The Tusk Conservation Awards

Posted on November 09, 2018

The Queen of Fashion recycling strikes again, hauling out a Jenny Packham gown six years and three kids after she first wore it.

And it wasn’t until we read how long ago she first wore it (we didn’t cover it at the time, it seems), that our initial reaction to it made sense. Given how stately her style has become in the last year or two, this felt a little off to us. Not at all a criticism, just a note that we kind of sensed it was a rewind before it was revealed to be one. It’s a really pretty gown and she looks stunning in that shade of blue. We love the belt but we can’t really say we love any of the lace details – especially the panels at the side. Still, it’s a bold, colorful, stylish look and it cannot be denied that she looks pretty fabulous in it.
